Arts Huntsville and City of Huntsville District 1 – Huntsville, Ala City Council invite you and your family to the next “Quarterly at Cavalry” on Friday, August 7th! We’re celebrating the new school year with live entertainment, free community arts activities, and family-friendly improv comedy.

6:00 PM: Huntsville Community Drumline live performance, free Ice Works shaved ice, & community arts info tables
6:30 PM: “Open to Suggestions” Family-Friendly Improv Comedy Show

Kick off the evening outside with high-energy beats from the Huntsville Community Drumline while cooling off with a sweet treat from Ice Works. While you’re there, explore extracurricular arts opportunities for the school year from local groups like ONYX Dance Crew, Huntsville Community Chorus Association, Fantasy Playhouse Children’s Theater and Academy, Merrimack Huntsville, Broadway Theatre League of Huntsville, and the Huntsville Youth Orchestra!
Then, head inside at 6:30 PM for a hilarious, fast-paced, unscripted comedy show by Open to Suggestions (presented by Plumb Line Events). It’s interactive, completely unique every night, and fun for all ages!
