Close by is the Village of Providence – a master-planned, mixed-use community offering a mix of housing, retail, and dining options. Other accommodating homes can be found in the Potters Mill subdivision, popular among young families and retirees. At Midtowne on the Park, residents enjoy a gym, playground, clubhouse, pool, and walking trails, plus close proximity to shopping and dining.

Outdoors & Parks

Adjacent to urban plazas and walkable streets and linking to The Orion Amphitheater, Apollo Park, a 20-acre public park, includes a lake, walking paths, multi-purpose lawns, and a fitness court. Visitors can kayak or canoe on the lake, walk or jog, or just enjoy beautiful green spaces.
