Huntsville Hospital Health System (HH Health) is the largest health system in North Alabama and is the third-largest publicly owned hospital system in the country. It includes, among others, Huntsville Hospital, Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children, Madison Hospital, Athens-Limestone Hospital, and Decatur Morgan Hospital. UAB Medicine Huntsville is the largest multi-specialty physician practice and one of the leading outpatient care facilities in northern Alabama. It is a clinical enterprise of the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Health System, which includes UAB Hospital – named one of “America’s Best Hospitals” by the Women’s Choice Award in addition to several clinical area recognitions. This award recognizes UAB Hospital for achieving high standards of patient care and ranking among the top 10% of hospitals in the country.
