The City of Huntsville and Ray of Hope Foundation partner to present this free, family-friendly event at John Hunt Park Festival Grounds. Attendees can bring their own kite or purchase one at the festival. In addition to the colorful kites, the festival offers children’s activities, food trucks, and more.
