Image Submission & License Agreement

I represent and warrant that I am the sole owner of the image(s) submitted or have full legal rights and authority to grant this permission.

I grant CMC Media & Marketing Group LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from the submitted image(s) for commercial purposes. These uses include, but are not limited to:

– Company publications (print and digital)

– Websites and online platforms

– Advertisements for the company’s publications

– Advertisements appearing within the company’s publications

– Sales presentations and marketing materials

– Social media and digital platforms

I understand and agree that I will not receive compensation for the use of these image(s) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I further represent that the image(s) do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

If any identifiable individuals, private property, or protected elements appear in the image(s), I confirm that I have obtained all necessary permissions and releases.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CMC Media & Marketing Group LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the use of the submitted image(s).
