Oakwood University is a Seventh-day Adventist institution with undergraduate and graduate programs grounded in biblically-based education. The university’s over 50 majors are divided across five schools: the School of Arts and Sciences, School of Business & Information Systems, School of Graduate Studies, School of Health Professions Services, Education & Social Sciences, and School of Theology. The university offers state-of-the-art classrooms, modern and spacious dormitories, numerous study areas, nature trails across its 1,185 acres, and more. Through the Adventist Colleges Abroad organization, students can also study in other countries, such as Spain, France, and Taiwan. Oakwood University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges and a number of program accrediting agencies.
